We collect account details, vehicle inputs, cost settings, simulation outputs, and interaction logs needed to provide KiloCost features.

Data is used to generate ownership cost plans, run scenario simulations, maintain change history, and improve platform reliability and security.

We apply access control, secure sessions, and request throttling. Sensitive operations are monitored so we can detect and respond to abuse quickly.

We retain records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and maintain financial/audit integrity.
